摘　　要：分析手术室器械回收管理中存在的问题,介绍手术室器械智能回收系统针对发现问题的解决方案,并与医院现行的信息系统紧密结合,对器械回收、器械使用追踪、问题器械追溯进行智能化管理。分析该系统的设计特点及在临床中的应用问题,以临床需求为导向,通过信息化系统的整体设计及必要的功能预留,实现对器械的使用和回收的有效管理,改善器械回收过程中的常见问题,提高管理效率和科学化管理水平。To analyze the problems existing in the management of equipment recycling in the operating room, and to introduce the solution of the intelligent device recycling system in the operating room when problems were found. The system was integrated closely with the current information system of the hospital, thus managing the equipment recycling, equipment usage tracking and breakdown equipment tracking intelligently. The design characteristics of the system and its application in the clinical were analyzed. Meanwhile, guided by the clinical needs, it could achieve effective management of the use and recycling of the device through the overall design of the information system and the necessary functional reservation. As a result, it can improve common problems during the process of device recycling and improve management efficiency and scientific management level.
