三七散中药封包外敷治疗踝关节扭伤患者的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨三七散中药封包外敷治疗踝关节扭伤患者的效果观察。方法选取2016年1月至2017年1月来我院诊治的踝关节扭伤患者40例作为研究对象,按照随机数字法等分为研究组和对照组,研究组采用三七散中药封包外敷治疗,对照组采用扶他林乳胶剂治疗,对比两组患者的疗效和并发症发生。结果研究组患者的有效率高于对照组(P <0. 05);研究组患者的并发症发生低于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论三七散中药封包外敷对踝关节扭伤的治疗效果好、安全性高,能有效减少并发症的发生,值得进一步应用和推广。Objective to explore the effect of external application of traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） packet of panax pseudo-ginseng powder on the treatment of patients with ankle sprain. Methods To compared the therapeutic effect and incidence of complications, 40 cases of ankle sprain patients treated in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2017 were observed, and were equally divided into study group and control group by means of random number table method. The study group adopted the panax pseudo-ginseng powder TCM packet treatment, while the control group adopted the Votalin emulsion treatment. Results The treatment effective rate in the study group was higher than that in the control group（ P 〈0.05）. The incidence of complications in the study group was lower than the control group（ P 〈0.05）. Conclusion The external application of the panax pseudo-ginseng powder TCM packet treatment for the treatment of ankle sprain had good therapeutic effect and high safety, which could effectively reduce the occurrence of complications. It＇s highly appreciated treatment that worth further application and promotion.
