白山水电站水工钢闸门及启闭机安全检测与分析

摘　　要：根据DL/T835-2003《水工钢闸门和启闭机安全检测技术规程》的有关规定,结合大坝安全定期检查,从闸门外观检测、闸门锈蚀量检测、闸门焊缝超声波探伤、闸门材料检测、启闭机检测、闸门启闭力检测与计算分析、闸门结构有限元复核计算与分析等方面进行安全检测与评价。根据检测成果,对白山水电站高孔工作闸门及启闭机、深孔工作闸门及启闭机、深孔检修闸门的安全状况进行评价,并提出消除隐患的措施和建议,为大坝安全运行提供科学依据。According to the related regulations of Technical code for safety inspection of hydraulic steel gate and hoist machinery(DL/T835-2003), combined with the safety periodic inspection of the dam, the safety inspection and evaluation of the gate and the hoist machinery with many aspects are completed, including the gate visual inspection, gate corrosion amount inspection, gate ultrasonic flaw detection for the weld, the gate materials inspection, the hoist inspection, the gate hoisting capacity and calculation analysis,check calculation for gate structure with finite element method, and so on. Based on the inspection results, the safety situation is evaluated for the high outlet service gate and hoist, the bottom outlet service gate and hoist, and the bottom outlet bulkhead gate of the Baishan hydropower station, some measures and suggestions are put forward for eliminating the hidden troubles, which could provide scientific basis for the safety running of the dam.
