摘  要:混凝土棱柱面网壳通过将柱面切割为汇交平面成形,每个平面采用密肋平板,是一种新型混凝土空间网格结构。基于有限元基本理论及端隔影响讨论这种结构的自振特性,并在此基础上考虑矢跨比和脊线、主拱、密肋梁、边梁的刚度及屋面板厚度等因素对结构基频的影响。结果表明:结构动力特性介于拱网壳和筒网壳之间,端隔可以明显提高结构的竖向刚度进而提高结构抗震能力;矢跨比高于1/6后,结构刚度随矢跨比增加而降低,建议结构矢跨比不高于1/5;脊线作为振动节线,几乎对结构刚度没有影响;主拱作为密肋板的弹性支承,结构基频随主拱刚度的增加而增加,主拱截面高度可按屋盖跨度的1/50~1/40确定;增加肋的刚度有利于提高结构的整体刚度,肋的截面高度可取跨度的1/100~1/80;边梁截面高度的改变几乎不影响结构的整体刚度;增加屋面板厚度可提高屋盖整体刚度,但不建议采用过厚的屋面板。The concrete prismatic shell is a new type of concrete space grid structure,which is formed by cutting the cylindrical surface into a confluence plane,with the texture of each plane as the dense rib plate. Based on the basic theory of finite element and the isolation effect,the natural vibration characteristics of the structure was discussed. On the basis of it,the influence of the rise-span ratio,the ridge line,the main arch,the ribbed beam,beam stiffness and roof plate thickness on the fundamental frequency of the structure was considered. Results show that the dynamic characteristics of the structure are between the arch shell and the barrel shell,and the vertical stiffness can be improved to further enhance the seismic ability of the structure by setting terminals; When the vector cross ratio is higher than 1/6,the stiffness of the structure decreases with the increase of the cross ratio of the vector. It is proposed that the structure should not be higher than 1/5. As the vibration section,the ridge line has almost no effect on the stiffness of the structure. When the main arch is the elastic support of the multi-ribbed slab,the structure base frequency increases with the increase of the main arch stiffness and the height of the main arch cross section can be determined by 1/50 - 1/40 of the span of the roof. The increase of the stiffness of the rib is conducive to the improvement of the overall stiffness of the structure and the cross-section height of the rib can be 1/100 - 1/80 of the span. The change of boundary beam section height has little influence on the overall stiffness of the structure. The increase of the thickness of roof plate can improve the overall rigidity of the roof. But it is not recommended to use thick roof board.
