摘 要:类木材料是以植物纤维和氧化镁为主要原材料的无机胶凝人工集成材料,辅以添加剂并拌和后经高压静置固化成形,具有较好的防火性能和防水性能。为将其应用于建筑承重结构,本文参考木材的现行力学性能试验标准,开展材料抗拉、抗压强度和抗弯性能(测定抗弯弹模和抗弯强度)的初步试验研究,三类试验各制作了30个试件,抗拉强度试验的有效数据为22个,抗压强度和抗弯性能试验分别获得28个有效数据。结果表明:材料的压缩变形较大、试件的抗拉和抗弯破坏几乎没有延性,植物纤维协同抗拉的能力较弱;在现行配比下,抗拉强度为4.7 MPa、抗压强度为24.1 MPa、抗弯强度为6.9 MPa、抗弯弹模为4119 N/mm^2;材料密度大体与常用木材相当,为1130 kg/m^3;应用于建筑承重构件,观感尺寸与混凝土构件相当,是工程应用可接受的。Similar wood material is an inorganic gelling material whose main raw materials are plant fiber and magnesium oxide,mixed with additive and curing formed by heavy pressure.In order to apply it to building structure,tensile strength,compressive strength and bending performance( measuring elastic modulus and bending strength) were preliminary tested by method of testing on wood mechanical properties in this paper.All three types of experiments were made with 30 specimens,effective data of tensile strength was 22 specimens,and 28 specimens for compressive strength and bending performance were collected. Experimental results show that: Compressive deformation of material is large,tensile and bending failure of specimens are almost no ductile,tensile ability together of plant fiber is weak. Under current material mix proportion,tensile strength is 4. 7 MPa,compressive strength is 24.1 MPa,bending strength is 6.9 MPa,and bending modulus is 4119 N/mm^2.Material density is approximately same as that of wood,which is 1130 kg/m^3. The material is used for building load-bearing components,which geometric dimensioning is equivalent to concrete components and is acceptable for engineering applications.
