摘　　要：实习权是指在实习活动过程中实习主体所享有的权利义务之和的总称。以实习权的规范保障为出发点,通过对实习权与教育权、劳动权基本权利关系的分析,将实习权置于自由与社会面向中对实习权进行权利价值考察;结合实习权的权利价值,探讨了实习权权利保护的证成逻辑和实习权权利保护的层次。Internship right refers to the sum of the rights and obligations enjoyed by the subject during the internship. Specification based on its protection is a starting point, analysis of relations between basic fights of internship, education and labor power is carried out, the internship fight is put forward in the view of liberty and society, and logic and ways of its protection are discussed.
