摘  要:为实现对生产设备的高效应用与精细化管理,设计一种基于RFID的机车车辆生产线监测管理系统,对车间的生产过程进行实时监控.以RFID电子标签作为载体,通过读卡器读取每个工作台位的标签信息,经MCU处理后,由无线通信模块发送至接收终端,再经过服务器处理,将每个台位的生产数据信息以三维立体化模型的形式呈现在监控中心的监控屏幕上;同时,设有移动接收终端,方便工作人员随时对车间生产台位的生产进行监控与调度.In order to realize the efficient application and refined management of production equipment,an RFID-based locomotive vehicle production line monitoring and management system is designed to monitor the production process of the workshop in real time.The RFID electronic tag is used as a carrier to read the tag information of each working station through the card reader,and after being processed by the MCU,the wireless communication module sends the tag information to the receiving terminal,and then through the server processing,the production data information of each station is processed.It is presented in the form of a three-dimensional stereoscopic model on the monitoring screen of the monitoring center,and at the same time,it is provided with a mobile receiving terminal,which is convenient for the staff to monitor and dispatch the production of the production floor of the workshop at any time.
