摘  要:论述了多层共挤流延膜绿色高速成型技术、绿色成型技术、多层共挤流延模头技术的创新现状和进展;研究了多层共挤流延膜设备智能化绿色成型技术的创新现状和进展;简介了四例多层共挤流延功能化膜成型设备与技术的创新现状和进展;指出多层共挤流延膜的绿色性能推动其成型设备与技术向智能化、高速化、功能化、差异化等绿色化持续创新。In this paper, the current situation and development of green high-speed molding technology, green molding technology and die technology of multi-layer co-extrusion casting film are discussed. The status and progress of intelligent green molding technology for multi-layer co-extrusion casting film equipment are studied. The present situation and progress of four kinds of multi-layer co-extrusion film forming equipment and technology are introduced. It is pointed out in this paper that the green properties of multilayer co-extruded casting film promotes the green and continuous innovation of its molding equipment and technology to intelligent, high speed, functionalized and differentiated.
