从评分方法与标准的演变看健身气功的发展趋向

摘　　要：采用文献资料法、对比分析法,旨在对2007(试行)版、2012版、2017(试行)版健身气功竞赛规则的"评分方法与标准"部分进行整合、对比分析.2017(试行)版健身气功竞赛规则的试行将会使健身气功未来的比赛难度进一步增加,同时也将为健身气功的发展带来新的机遇和挑战,进一步促进健身气功在全国范围内的推广.分析总结出健身气功的未来发展趋向:追求创新,适应时代潮流;注重竞技性,走规范化道路;提高观赏性,展现个人魅力;音乐成为构成健身气功的必要要素;气舞编排向"高、新、难、美"的方向开拓创新.并得出结论与建议:日趋完善的竞赛规则有益于竞技健身气功运动的发展;追根溯源,勿忘本源.健身气功竞赛规则的修订是全民健身计划实施的需要,同时也是健身气功文化对外交流的需要.以期为健身气功相关领域的工作提供借鉴性的理论支撑,为健身气功的推广和发展做出贡献.This paper adopts the methods of literature and comparative analysis,aiming to integrate and analyze the 2007(Trial)edition,2012 edition and 2017(Trial)edition of the "scoring method and standard"of Health Qigong competition rules.The trial run of 2017(Trial)edition of Health Qigong competition rules will further increase the difficulty of Health Qigong in the future,and will also bring new opportunities and challenges for the development of Health Qigong,and further promote the promotion of Health Qigong in the whole country.This paper analyzed and summed up the future development trend of Health Qigong:the pursuit of innovation,adapt to the trend of the times;focus on competitive,take the standardized road;improve the ornamental,personal charm;music becomes necessary elements of Health Qigong;air dance arrangement to the"high and new,difficult,beautiful"in the direction of innovation.And we draw conclusions and suggestions:the increasingly perfect competition rules are beneficial to the development of competitive Health Qigong sports;to trace the source and forget the source.The revised Health Qigong competition rules is the need for the implementation of the national fitness program,but also to foreign exchange Health Qigong culture,hoping to make reference for the theoretical support of Health Qigong related works in the field,its own modest contribution to the promotion and development of Health Qigong.
