摘  要:针对传统的基于物质机理的钢板性能研究方法存在计算繁琐、工艺参数存在严重的耦合性、产品性能参数波动大等缺点,提出了基于PLS模型的钢板性能预测与优化模型。首先利用历史钢板的化学成分参数、工艺设备参数和产品性能参数,通过PLS模型算法建立起钢板性能的数学模型,然后挖掘出影响钢材性能异常波动的主要参数,最后通过单纯形优化法对该数学模型的主要参数进行优化设计,使被优化的参数能够在满足多种限制条件下自动调整,使产品性能参数尽可能地逼近设定值,从而使钢板性能更加稳定。实际应用结果表明,该模型能够有效减少钢板性能的波动范围,提高了产品的合格率和可靠性。To overcome the shortcomings such as complicated computation, severe coupling of process parameters and big fluctuations of product properties in traditional steel plate research methods based on physical mechanism, the paper puts forward a plate property prediction and optimization model based on PLS model, which firstly uses the history chemical compositions of plate, process equipment parameters and product property parameters, estab lishes a mathematical model through PLS model algorithm, then excavates the main parameters affecting plate property fluctuation, finally optimizes the design of the major parameters of the model with simple optimization method, to make the optimized parameters automatic adjustment while satisfying various limiting conditions, make the product property indicators approaching the designed values as close as possible and achieve better stability of the plate properties. Actual application results have shown that the model can effectively reduce the fluctuating range of plate properties and improve product acceptability rate and reliability.
