摘　　要：大学生是未来社会的中坚力量,是实现"中国梦"的主力军。如何通过正确的途径使新时代的大学生勇于担当,善于担当,通过实际行动就业创业,被千千万万个家庭所关注。在习近平新时代中国特色社会主义指导下,引导大学生改变就业创业观念,多方面、多角度地拓展就业渠道,对未来国家经济飞速发展和地方人才培养具有十分重要的意义。Thousands of people are now concerned with how to guide university students in the new age to be bold and responsible in hunting jobs or starting their own businesses in a correct way as they will be the backbone of the whole society in the future and the major force to realize the ＂ China Dream ＂. In this situation,their opinions on employment and entrepreneurship have to be adapted and more job opportunities have to be created on the basis of Xi Jinping ＇s theory on socialism with Chinese characteristics,which is believed to be of great significant for rapid economic development and talent cultivation of China.
