摘　　要：伟大的时代,需要伟大的精神,伟大的精神成就伟大的事业。当今,辽宁人民正处在滚石上山、爬坡过坎儿、振兴发展的关键时期,辽宁出现一个新时期的先进人物——毛丰美,他为人们树立起一座拼搏实干、敢闯敢试的精神丰碑。"干"字当头的毛丰美精神既是辽宁人对历史上以爱国主义为核心的民族精神的最好传承,又是对新时期以改革创新为核心的时代精神的经典诠释,是"辽宁精神"的华彩乐章。Mao Fengmei,an outstanding figure of the time from Liaoning Province,set an example to the public for his hardworking and innovative spirit in the present time crucial for the province,and illustrated why it is true that a great spirit is always indispensable for a great cause in a great time. His practical attitude toward work is both a new form of Liaoning people＇s national spirit centering around patriotism and a classical explication of the spirit of the time with reform and innovation as the core. Actually,his spirit is a cadenza of ＂ Liaoning Spirit＂.
