摘  要:微小RNA(microRNA,miRNA)为一类非编码RNA,作用于mRNAs,是蛋白编码基因表达的重要转录后调节因子,在机体的一系列生理和病理中起到重要作用,参与变应性疾病和肿瘤的形成等。变应性鼻炎是一种由IgE介导的,同时多种免疫性细胞和细胞因子共同参与的鼻粘膜肺感染性炎症疾病。近年相关研究发现,变应性鼻炎患者鼻粘膜中miR-7与miRPlus-E1194等表达存在差异,在肥大细胞激活和脱颗粒过程中,miR-221和miR-222以及其他miRNA显著上调,在嗜酸粒细胞定向分化为成熟嗜酸粒细胞的过程中,miR-21和miR-223的表达量均升高。本文总结近年来不同microRNA在变应性鼻炎中表达情况。MicroRNA,a type of non-coded RNA acting on mRNAs,is an important post-transcription regulation factor of protein encoding gene expression and plays a significant role in a series of physical and pathomechanic changes of an organism because it participates in the formation of allergic diseases and tumors. Allergic rhinitis is an IgE-transmitted pulmonary infectious inflammatory disease of the nasal mucosa participated by multiple immune cells and cytokines. Recent studies found that miR-7,miRPlus-E1194 and other factors differ from each other in expression in the nasal mucosa of patients with allergic rhinitis,i.e. miR-221,miR-222 and other miRNAs rise significantly in activating and degranulating mast cells,but miR-21 and miR-223 rise in expression when eosinophils become mature through differentiation. In this paper,a summary was made on the expression of different microRNA in allergic rhinitis.
