摘  要:碾茶是用覆盖后的茶青进行杀青蒸热,用碾茶炉进行干燥,其形状像青海苔;有独特芬芳香气;在采摘之前至少对茶树进行20天以上的覆盖,才能采摘,杀青,不用进行揉捻,杀青后直接干燥。茶叶中一种叫做茶氨酸的成分,在碾茶中含量很高,能够有效缓解疲劳,提高注意力。本文主要介绍碾茶茶园的管理。Tea milling is the use of covered tea green to kill green steaming and drying with a tea mill,which shaped likes a moss and has a unique aroma. It should be kill green after at least 20 days of covering tea trees before picking instead of knead,after killing green it should be direct drying. A component of tea called theanine is very high in tea milling,which can effectively relieve fatigue and improve attention. This paper mainly introduces the management of grind tea garden.
