摘  要:由于油田开发后期,采出油粘度较大从而导致集油站耗能严重,通过集油站的用能分析评价和潜力预测,可有效缩减集油站的单耗并提高其产能。采用"三环节"能量分析方法对纯梁集油站的能量利用环节能耗和能量回收环节能量进行分析评价,计算过程能量,从而定位集油站能耗的关键部位,针对较高能耗环节提出整改措施与建议,经整改,年回收利润约为424万。表明采用"三环节"法对于集油站的能耗评价、并进行相应整改降低能耗具有实际应用价值。Due to high viscosity of oil produced at the later stage of oilfield development, energy consumption of oil-gathering station is serious. Through energy analysis and evaluation of oil-gather- ing station as well as potential prediction, the unit consumption of oil-collecting station can he effec- tively reduced and its production capacity can he increased. In this paper, the "three-link" energy analysis method is used to analyze and evaluate energy consumption and energy recovel7 link in Chunliang oil gathering station, and the process energy is calculated, so as to locate key parts of en- ergy consumption in oil gathering station and aim at higher energy consumption. Reform measures and suggestions have been proposed. After rectification, the annual profit recovery is about 4.24 million. It shows that "three-link" method has practical application value tor the evaluation of energy consumption of oil-gathering station and the corresponding rectification and reduction of ener- gy consumption.
