3种临床消毒剂杀菌效果和皮肤刺激性的比较研究

摘　　要：目的比较3种临床消毒剂杀菌效果和皮肤刺激性。方法按照消毒技术规范要求,采用中和剂鉴定实验、悬液定量杀菌实验和动物毒理学实验方法,分别对乙醇、碘伏、三氯生对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、白色念珠菌和铜绿假单胞菌杀灭效果及其皮肤刺激性进行实验室研究。结果细菌繁殖体中和剂鉴定实验和真菌中和剂鉴定实验中,第3、4、5组组间菌落数误差率分别为6. 40%、4. 00%、5. 23%和12. 90%、8. 61%、8. 31%,均符合要求,所选中和剂及其浓度为受试样品杀菌实验适宜的中和剂。作用0. 5、1 min时,三氯生对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌杀灭效果最佳,平均杀灭对数值分别为(6. 65±0. 05)、(7. 56±0. 03)和(6. 62±0. 09)、(7. 51±0. 08),且同一时间点3种消毒剂杀灭效果差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);作用0. 5、1、1. 5 min时,乙醇对铜绿假单胞菌、白色念珠菌杀灭效果最佳,平均杀灭对数值分别为(6. 65±0. 06)、(7. 02±0. 04)、(8. 02±0. 02)和(6. 36±0. 04)、(7. 62±0. 10)、(8. 17±0. 02),且同一时间点3种消毒剂杀灭效果差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。3种临床消毒剂多次皮肤刺激性指数为0,刺激反应强度均为无刺激性。结论 3种临床用消毒剂均对豚鼠皮肤无刺激。三氯生对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌杀灭效果最好,乙醇对铜绿假单胞菌和白色念珠菌的杀菌效果最优。Objective To compare the bactericidal efficacy and skinirritationof three kinds of clinical disinfectants. Methods Ac-cording to technical specification for disinfection, neutralization agent identification experiment, suspension quantitative germicidal test and animal toxicity test were used to observe the germicidal efficacy and irritation of ethanol, iodophorand triclosan on Escherichia coli, Staphylo-coccus aureus, Candida albicans and Pseudomonas aeruginosa. Results The error rate of colony numbers of neutralizer identification experi-ments between groups 3,4,5 was respectively 6.40 % , 4.00 % , 5.23 % and 12.90 % , 8.61 % , 8.31 % , all conformed to the require-ments. The selected neutralizer and its concentration were suitable for the germicidal test of samples. Triclosan had the best killing effect on Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli after acting at 0.5 min and 1 min, the average killing log valuewas respectively（6. 65 ±0.05）, （7.56 ±0.03） and（6.62 ±0.09） , （7.51 ±0.08） , and thegermicidal efficacy of three kinds of disinfectants had significant difference at the same time（P 〈0.05） ; ethanol had the best killing effect on Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Candida albicans after acting at 0. 5 min, 1 min and 1.5 min; the average killing log value was respectively（6. 65 ±0. 06）,（ 7. 02 ± 0. 0 4 ）,（ 8. 02 ± 0. 0 2 ） and（6. 36 ± 0. 0 4 ）,（ 7 .6 2 ± 0.10） ,（8.17 ±0.02）. The germicidal efficacy of three kinds of disinfectants had significant difference at the same time（P 〈0. 05） . The ir-ritation index of skin was measured to be 0 and the irritation stimulus intensity was non - irritating of these three kinds of clinical disinfectants. Condusion The three kinds of clinical disinfectants are safe and non - irritating to skin of guinea pigs. Triclosan hasthe best killing efficacy on Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus. Ethanol hasthe best killing efficacy on Candida albicans and Pseudomonas aeruginosa.
