摘 要:为实现大型箕斗快速更换,红庆河矿井采用了一套新的更换方法。箕斗更换时,套架内设置临时起吊装置,安装临时轨道,与套架外固定轨道连接。套架在箕斗进出口侧,设置门式活动罐道,实现整体开闭。重型平板车通过轨道,将箕斗分段运输,进出套架,实现箕斗更换。此方法也适用于新箕斗的首次安装。相比传统的更换方法,此方法可以降低土建和设备投资,提高更换效率;并且操作简单,易于实现。In order to realize a rapid replacement of a large skip,a new replacement method was applied in Hongqinghe Mine.During the replacement of the skip,a temporary lifting device was set up in the jacket frame and a temporary railway was set up to connect with the fixed railway outside the jacket frame.At the inlet and outlet side of the skip in the jacket frame,a door type cage guide was set up and a completed open and close was realized.With the railway,the heavy type platform car was applied to the sectional transportation of the skip and then was in the jacket frame to realize the replacement of the ship. This method also could be applied to the first assembling of a new skip. In comparison with the traditional replacement method,this method could reduce the civil and equipment investment and could improve the replacement efficiency. The operation of the method would be easy and be easy realized.
