2011-2015年阜阳市无偿献血血液报废原因分析

摘　　要：目的:分析阜阳市无偿献血血液报废原因,探讨降低血液报废率的方法。方法:整理采集阜阳市血液信息管理系统(唐山启奥SHINOW9.0)2011-2015年血液报废数据,对各种感染性报废因素和非感染性报废因素进行统计分析。结果:近5年血液报废数据显示血液报废率为8.62%,感染性因素致血液报废量为35 357.50 u,占血液总报废量的41%;非感染性因素致血液报废量为50 799.02 u,占血液总报废量的59%。其中丙氨酸氨基转移酶升高(2.06%)与脂血(4.79%)报废是引起血液报废的两个主要因素。5年间感染性因素造成的血制品报废量2013年达到增长的顶峰,之后呈下降趋势;非感染性因素造成的血制品报废量呈波动趋势。结论:采供血机构应建立科学规范的血液管理机制,加强人员素质培养,完善采供血质量控制体系,提高血液检测水平,全方面保证血液质量,降低血液报废率。Objective： To analyze the causes of the blood discarding from volunteer donors in Fuyang city,and explore the way to decrease the blood discarding rate. Methods： The data of the blood discarding from Fuyang Blood Information Management System（ SHINOW9. 0） were collected during the period of the year 2011 to 2015. The infectious and non-infectious factors of the blood discarding were statistically analyzed. Results： The blood discarding rate in the last five years was 8. 62%,35 357. 50 u blood discarding was caused by infectious factors（ 41%）,and 50 799. 02 u blood discarding was caused by non-infectious factors（ 59%）. The alanine aminotransferase increasing（ 2. 06%） and lipemia（ 4. 79%） were two main factors of blood discarding. During the 5 years,the blood discarding caused by infectious factor arrived at the peak in 2013,then decreased. The blood discarding caused by non-infectious factor was changing. Conclusions： Establishing a scientific and standardized blood management mechanism,strengthening personnel quality training,and improving the quality control of collecting and supplying blood,and increasing the level of blood test can guarantee the blood quality,and reduce the blood discarding rate.
