摘　　要：振动输送设备中的减震套需要定期更换,在有限的空间内拆装过盈配合的芯轴和减震套内孔壁十分困难。文中研制合理的拆装工具,克服芯轴与减震套内壁的摩擦力,实现芯轴与减震套的快速分离与装配工作。The damping sleeve in the vibrating conveyor needs to be replaced regularly.It is very difficult to disassemble the interference fit mandrel and the damping sleeve inner wall in a limited space.In this paper,a reasonable disassembly tool is developed to overcome the friction between the mandrel and the inner wall of the damping sleeve,and the quick separation and assembly of the mandrel and the damping sleeve are realized.
