摘  要:阐述了高温高压辐照装置结构设计的目的与重要性。对辐照装置总体结构和关键组件进行了介绍。建立了高温高压辐照装置应力分析模型,在不同工况下对整体结构进行了模态分析、抗震分析和热应力分析,并在组合工况下对接管应力进行分析。分析结果表明,高温高压辐照装置结构设计合理、力学评价满足RCC-M规范要求。The purpose and importance of structural design of high temperature and high pressure irradiation equipment are expounded.The overall structure and key components of the irradiation device are introduced.A stress analysis model for high temperature and high pressure irradiation equipment is established.The modal analysis,seismic analysis and thermal stress analysis of the whole structure are carried out under different working conditions,and the joint stress is analyzed under combined working conditions.The analysis results show that the structure design of high temperature and high pressure irradiation device is reasonable,and the mechanical evaluation meets the requirements of RCC-M specification.
