综合性护理干预在Zeiss IOL-Master系统测量人工晶体度数中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨综合性护理干预应用于Zeiss IOL-Master系统测量人工晶体度数的临床价值。方法从2014年6月至2016年6月随机选取在我院治疗白内障疾病的患者200例作为研究对象,并随机等分为对照组和试验组,对照组采取常规护理干预;试验组采用综合性护理干预,比较两组患者依从性、满意率以及干预后检查所需要的时间。结果试验组患者依从率高于对照组(P<0.05),满意率高于对照组(P<0.05),检查时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在Zeiss IOL-Master系统测量人工晶体中采用综合性护理干预不仅能提高患者的依从性和满意度,更利于缩短患者的检查时间。Objective To explore the clinical value of comprehensive nursing intervention in the measurement of intraocular lens power with the Zeiss IOL-Master system. Methods From June 2014 to June 2016,a total of 200 cases of patients who were treated for cataract in our hospital were randomly selected as study subjects,and they were divided into control group and experimental group randomly. The control group was received routine nursing intervention; the experimental group was treated with comprehensive nursing. The compliance,satisfaction rates,and the time required for post-intervention testing of the patients in the two groups were compared. Results The compliance rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. The satisfaction rate was higher than that of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. The examination time was shorter than that of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing interventions in Zeiss IOL-Master system measurement of intraocular lens power can not only improve patient compliance and satisfaction,but also help shorten the patient＇s examination time.
