湖北省构建法人科技特派员制度的思考

摘　　要：湖北省从2016年开始按照国家与省相关文件要求开展法人科技特派员选派,目前处于探索完善阶段。在总结湖北工作情况、深入分析政策内涵、借鉴浙江省经验的基础上,对湖北发展法人科技特派员进行了思考,并提出了相关建议。Hubei province had assigned the legal person S＆T commissioners since 2016. At present it is still in the exploration stage. This article based on the summary of Hubei work situation, deeply analyze the connotation of the policy documents and on the basis of using the experience of Zhejiang province. Associated thinking about Hubei province legal person S＆T commissioners and put forward the further sophisticated suggestions.
