摘  要:大学生创业教育需要引入实践性更强的教学模式,"亲历式创业"强调以学生为中心,以创业团队的形式启动和实施创业项目,通过在创业过程中应对和解决创业困难,能动地提升学生综合创业素质。对这种体验式教学的教学理念、开展过程、教师角色等进行了深入分析,以明确"亲历式创业"教育的关键点,并提出对该教学模式效果进行评估的多维度标准,为我国高校创新创业教育改革提供了一种实践性较强的教学改革模式。Undergraduate entrepreneurship education needs to introduce a more practical teaching mode. “Experience-based entrepreneurship” emphasizes student-centered idea and implementing entrepreneurial projects in the form of entrepreneurial teams. Through continuous responding and solving entrepreneurial difficulties in the entrepreneurial process, students’ comprehensive entrepreneurial qualities could be actively promoted. This paper makes an depth analysis of the teaching philosophy, development process, and teacher roles of this experiential teaching, thereby, clarify the key points of the “experience-based entrepreneurship” education, and proposes a multi-dimensional standard for evaluating the effectiveness of the teaching model. This exploration provides a practical teaching reform model for the reform of innovation and entrepreneurship education in Chinese universities.
