摘　　要：作为技术创新成果转化的主体和行业创新资源整合运用的平台,武汉市工业技术研究院成立以来,在发展模式、管理体制、运作机制、协同创新等方面做出了全新探索,但是存在一些制约其发展的障碍与问题。围绕武汉市工业技术研究院体制机制的现状,分析总结其在宏微观发展方面存在的问题并针对工业技术研究院的问题提出了以下建议:加强组织领导与投入,推动各项任务落地见效,加大体制机制的创新,增强创新创业活力;提升资源统筹能力,优化研发和服务生态;加强政策扶持,完善工研院建设发展配套政策;创新考评奖励机制,推进整合发展。As the main body of technological innovation and the platform for the integration and application of innovative resources in the industry, Wuhan Industrial Technology Research Institute has made new explorations in its development model, management system, operational mechanism and collaborative innovation since its establishment, but there are still some Restricting the obstacles and problems of its development, this paper revolves around the status quo of the Wuhan Industrial Technology Research Institute, analyzes and summarizes its problems in macro and micro development, and puts forward the following suggestions for the problems of the Industrial Technology Research Institute： strengthen organizational leadership And investment, promote the implementation of various tasks; increase the innovation of institutional mechanisms, enhance the vitality of innovation and entrepreneurship; enhance the ability of resource integration, optimize the research and development and service ecology; strengthen policy support, improve the supporting policies for the construction and development of the Industrial Research Institute; Promote integrated development.
