摘 要:知识服务是由用户需求驱动的,领域广泛,具有随机性、偶发性、多样性,需要海量的知识支撑、大规模的社会力量参与,以及完善的激励机制。社交网络用户数量巨大、结构多样,具有信息生产社会化和信息服务社交化等特点,为知识生产和服务创新提供了有效支撑,但也存在信息过载、用户过度涌入、媒体应用不规范、版权保护弱、信息质量亟待提高等问题。因此,应完善社交网站的内容生产评价机制、用户信用管理体系,培育知识建构共同体,以支撑大规模知识生产和服务的社会化协作和发展。Knowledge service, with randomness, fortuityand diversity, is driven by user demands which require a large amount of knowledge, large-scale social force participation and perfect incentive mechanism to meet social needs. Social network knowledge service has the advantages of huge number of users, a variety of user structure, socialization of knowledge production and knowledge services etc. While it is the future direction of the service platform in producing knowledge, there are also some shortcomings such as information overload, excessive user influx, irregular media application and weak copyright protection. That is to say, they may have result in a series of problems like the decline in the quality of content, the reduction of efficiencyof obtaining information and copyright disputes. Therefore, it is necessary to complete the content production evaluation mechanism and credit management system. In addition, social circuit based on knowledge should be established to improve users’ motivation which can support the large-scale social cooperation and the development of knowledge production and services.
