摘　　要：头孢匹胺钠是第三代头孢类抗生素,具有抗菌性强、光谱抗菌特点。通过对成盐剂和有机溶剂的筛选,优化了头孢曲松钠的结晶过程,得到晶体均匀、质量好,成本低的头孢匹胺钠成品,收率大于88%。本工艺操作简便,成本低廉,适用于大规模工业化生产。Cefpiramide sodium,the third-generation cephalosporins,is permanence and has a broad spectrum of antibacterial activity. In this paper,through choosing of the reaction salt and organic solvent,crystallization technology of Cefpiramide sodium is improved,good crystallization,good quality and low cost Cefpiramide sodiumis obtained,and the yield is above 88%. The method is simple and convenient and can be scaled up to indusrtrial production.
