摘 要:远程氨氮监测,国外已有相关设备,而具有远程传输功能的氨氮在线监测设备在国内却鲜见报道。为此,本研究以氨气敏电极法为基础,以化学反应能斯特方程为理论依据,研究出了远程氨氮监控系统的整体方案、完成了现场工作站机械研究、硬件设计和软件研究,组装了实验样机,并进行了有关测试。结果表明,系统基本符合测试要求,可以实现水中氨氮含量的全自动检测。Remote monitoring of ammonia nitrogen,the relevant equipment is available in foreign countries,while online monitoring ammonia nitrogen equipment with function of remote transmission is rarely reported in China. For this reason,based on the method of ammonia gas sensitive electrode and on the theoretical basis of chemical reaction Nernst equation,the overall scheme of the remote ammonia nitrogen monitoring system was studied,the field workstation mechanical research,hardware design and software research were achieved,the experimental prototype was assembled,and a large number of test experiments were carried out. The result shows that the system basically met the design requirements and realized the automatic detection of ammonia nitrogen content in water.
