摘　　要：目的检测阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome,OSAHS)儿童血浆血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)浓度,探讨VEGF、TNF-α检测的意义及其浓度与OSAHS严重程度关系。方法32例OSAHS儿童,依据多导睡眠图PSG监测结果分为轻度6例、中度11例、重度15例,选择28例健康儿童为对照组,经PSG监测后,检测比较各组儿童血浆中VEGF、TNF-α的浓度。早晨7:00左右收集受试者外周静脉血4 ml于含EDTA的试管内进行VEGF、TNF-α检测。结果 OSAHS儿童组的血浆VEGF、TNF-α浓度较健康对照组明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),OSAHS儿童三个不同严重程度亚组比较发现,病情重的OSAHS患儿中,VEGF、TNF-α浓度高于病情轻者(均P<0.05)。结论 VEGF、TNF-α在OSAHS患儿体内升高,并与OSAHS严重程度相关,对儿童OSAHS的辅助诊断病情严重程度判断具有临床意义。Objective To detect the plasma concentrations of VEGF and TNF-α in children with obstructive sleep apnea hy- popnea syndrome （ OSAHS） in order to explore the significance of the detection of VEGF and TNF-α and the relationship between their concentration and OSAHS severity.Methods Thirty-two OSAHS children were divided into mild group （n= 6） ,moderate group （ n= 11） and severe group （n= 15） based on polysomnographic （PSG） results.Another 28 healthy children were selected as control group.The plasma concentrations of VEGF and TNF-a after PSG were compared between the two groups.The measurements were per-formed on plasma samples collected at 7 ： 00 in the morning.Results The plasma levels of VEGF and TNF-α in the treatment group were higher than that in the control group （P〈0.05 ） . The concentrations of VEGF and TNF-α were higher in the severe group than that in the mild or moderate group （P〈0.05） . Conclusion The plasma levels of VEGF and TNF-α are increased in OSAHS children and correlated with severity of the disease.Therefore,the measurements have a great significance in auxiliary diagnosis of OSAHS severity.
