多指标综合评分法对理气复胃口服液的澄清工艺优化及比较

摘　　要：目的优化并比较理气复胃口服液三种澄清工艺。方法以干膏率和大黄总蒽醌为综合评价指标,结合长期常温放置结果,考察乙醇沉淀法、离心法、ZTC 1+1Ⅲ型天然澄清剂法三种澄清工艺对理气复胃口服液的澄清效果。结果三种工艺最佳工艺条件的综合评分结果相近(乙醇沉淀法OD=217.63,离心法OD=214.06,ZTC 1+1Ⅲ型天然澄清剂法OD=213.80),结合长期常温放置结果,最佳工艺为ZTC1+1Ⅲ型天然澄清剂法。结论 ZTC 1+1Ⅲ型天然澄清剂法为理气复胃口服液的最佳澄清工艺,且该方法具有简便易行,成本可控,可实现大生产等优点。Objective To optimize and compare the clarification technologies for Liqifuwei oral liquid.Methods With ratio of dry extraction and rhubarb total anthraquinones as indexes as well as the results of long-term storage samples under ordinary tempera-ture, we compared the effects of three clarification technologies on clarification of the Liqifuwei oral liquid.The technologies included ethanol precipitation method, centrifugation method and ZTC 1 ＋ 1 Ⅲ adsorption clarify agent methods.Results The comprehensive evaluation results of the three technological conditions were similar.The OD values were found to be 217.63,214. 06 and 213.80 by using the ethanol precipitation method,the centrifugation method and the ZTC 1 ＋ 1Ⅲ adsorption clarify agent method,respectively.However, when we combined the results of long-term storage samples under ordinary temperature, the ZTC 1 ＋ 1Ⅲ adsorption clarify agent method was shown to be the best technology.Conclusion The best clarification technology is ZTC 1 ＋ 1 Ⅲ adsorption clarify agent method.The optimized clarification technology for Liqifuwei oral liquid has the advantages of simplicity, cost control and large pro-duction.
