摘  要:目的分析铜绿假单胞菌在临床标本中的分布特点及其对常用抗菌药物的耐药性。方法常规分离菌株,采用最低抑菌浓度(MIC)法进行抗菌药物敏感性试验,根据美国临床标准化委员会(CLSI)2014标准采用WHONET5.6软件、MDR-1.03软件和SPSS 19.0软件进行统计分析。结果临床分离的836株铜绿假单胞菌主要来自痰液(73.56%),神经外科检出率最高(30.38%)。铜绿假单胞菌对阿米卡星的耐药率最低(5.26%),对氨基糖苷类、喹诺酮类抗菌药物、头孢他啶、头孢吡肟、哌拉西林他唑巴坦、亚胺培南的敏感性较好(68.06%~90.07%),对其余药物敏感性小于60%;其中多重耐药及泛耐药铜绿假单胞菌检出率分别为41.39%和3.35%。结论铜绿假单胞菌对抗菌药物的耐药率仍处于较高水平,但近年耐药率增长趋势稳定,且具有多重耐药性。Objective To investigate the distribution profile and drug-resistance to the common antibiotics of Pseudomonas aeruginosa.Methods All tested strains were isolated from clinical specimens and their antimicrobial susceptibility was assessed by minimal inhibitory concentration (MIC) method, followed by the analysis of the results with WHONET 5.6,MDR-1.03 and SPSS 19.0 software based on the Clinical and Laboratory Standards Institute (CLSI) 2014 guideline.Results The clinical isolates of 836 strains of Pseudomonas aeruginosa were mainly derived from sputum (73.56% ) ,and the strains were isolated mainly from neurosurgical de-partment (30.38% ).The Pseudomonas aeruginosa isolates showed the lowest resistance rate (5.26%) to amikacin.The isolates was more sensitive to aminoglycosides, quinolones, ceftazidime, cefepime, piperacillin tazobactam and imipenem (68.06%-90.07% ) ,and sensitivity to the rest of the drug is less than 60% .The isolation rates of multidrug-resistant Pseudomonas aeruginosa ( MDR-PAE) and pan-resistant Pseudomonas aeruginosa (XDR-PAE) were 41.39% and 3.35% Respectively.Conclusion The resistant rates of Pseudomonas aeruginosa to antimicrobial agents is still at a high lev el , but the recent trend of drug resistance is stable, appearing multi-drugresistance.
