补阳还五汤联合马来酸依那普利叶酸片对H型高血压患者血压及炎症因子的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨补阳还五汤联合马来酸依那普利叶酸片对H型高血压患者血压及炎症因子的影响。方法:将我院确诊为H型高血压的患者共100例,随机分为2组,对照组50例患者口服马来酸依那普利叶酸片治疗,治疗组50例患者口服补阳还五汤与马来酸依那普利叶酸片,比较2组患者治疗前后的收缩压(SDP)、舒张压(DBP)、同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、白细胞介素-1 (IL-1)、超敏C反应蛋白(HsCRP)等炎症因子水平及血管舒张功能,统计治疗期间的不良反应情况。结果:治疗后,2组SDP、DBP、Hcy、IL-1、Hs-CRP等指标的数值水平均降低,血管内皮功能有所改善,但治疗组改善更显著,差异有统计学意义,P <0. 05。治疗期间2组均未见明显不良反应。结论:应用补阳还五汤联合马来酸依那普利叶酸片治疗H型高血压患者可显著降低血压、Hcy及炎症因子,有利于血管内皮功能的改善。Objective： To investigate the impact of combining with Buyang Huanwu decoction and enalapril maleate folic acid tablets in type H hypertension on antihypertensive effect and inflammatory factor levels. Methods： A total of 100 Patients with H-type hyper-tension were enrolled and divided into control group （ n = 5 0 ） and treatment group （ n = 5 0 ） . The control group was given enalapril maleate folic acid tablets, the treatment group was given Buyang Huanwu decoction and enalapril maleate folic acid tablets. We ob- serned antihypertensive effect and changes of serum levels of Hcy, IL-1, Hs-CRP and flow-mediated dilation. Count the adverse drug reaction. Results： After treatment, the SDP, DBP, Hcy, IL-1, Hs-CRP were decreased, compared to control group, the treatment group were obviously decreased, there was statistically significan （ P 〈0. 05 ） . There was no obvious adverse drug reaction. Conclu-sion： Buyang Huanw-u decoction combined with enalapril maleate folic acid tablets could effectively lower blood Pressure, Hcy, in-flammatory^ factor levels and improve flow-mediated dilation.
