骨松宝颗粒配合补钙剂改善老年骨质疏松及其疼痛症状的疗效观察——附110例病例报告

摘　　要：目的:在传统补钙剂治疗的基础上,观察骨松宝颗粒改善老年骨质疏松临床症状的疗效。方法:将2016年6月~2017年6月收治的110例老年骨质疏松住院患者随机分为2组,分别给予单纯口服钙尔奇D (对照组)和口服中成药骨松宝颗粒加钙尔奇D (观察组)治疗。半年后随访复查骨质疏松相关指标及疼痛改善情况。结果:观察组与对照组患者治疗6个月后的疼痛评分均比治疗前下降(P <0. 05);并且观察组治疗6个月后的疼痛评分显著比对照组更低(P <0. 05);治疗后观察组腰椎骨密度BMD与T值与治疗前比较均显著改善,P <0. 05,对照组无明显变化;并且观察组治疗后骨密度BMD与T值均比对照组显著更优,P <0. 05;观察组治疗有效率为94. 44%,高于对照组的58. 93%,组间差异显著(P <0. 05)。结论:骨松宝联合钙尔奇D在治疗骨质疏松疗效及缓解患者疼痛症状方面优于单纯补钙治疗。Objective： To observe the curative effect of Gusongbao granules on improving the clinical symptoms of senile osteoporosis. Methods： The 110 cases of senile osteoporosis patients admitted to our department from June 2016 to June 2017 were randomly divided into two groups, respectively, oral caltrate D （control group） and oral Gusongbao granules plus caltrate D （observation group）,after six months follow-up review osteoporosis related indicators and pain to improve the situation. Results： The pain score of the observation group and the control group w,as low,er than that before treatment （ P 〈 0. 0 5） . The pain score of the observa-tion group was significantly lower than that in the control group after 6 months （ P 〈0. 05 ） . After treatment, the BMD and T value of the lumbar vertebral bone density in the observation group were significantly improved compared with that before treatment, and P 〈 0. 05,while the control group showed no significant change. The BMD and T values of BMD and T were significantly better than those in the control group, P 〈0. 05. The effective rate of observation group was 94. 44%,higher than 58. 93% in the control group and signifi-cant difference between groups （ P 〈 0. 05） .Conclusion： The treatment of osteoporosis is good and can relieve the pain symptoms.
