摘 要:以国内某大型海洋工程建造场地为设想制造基地,以一座BROWSE气田液化天然气(Liquefied Natural Gas,LNG)综合处理重力式导管架平台的设计数据为输入参数,对大直径导管的制造工艺进行研究。在常规导管制造工艺的基础上分析大直径导管制造的限制因素,从技术要求、施工效率、设备能力、经济性方面进行可行性分析,得出最佳实施方案,形成大直径导管制造工艺并分析施工关键点,为同类项目大直径导管制造方案设计和施工提供参考。Fabrication process of huge diameter leg is researched and elaborated with a super large offshore engineering construction site at home as the assumptive construction yard with a gravity jacket data from a BROWSE gas field Liquefied Natural Gas(LNG)integrated production facility as the input information.The positive factors limiting huge diameter leg fabrication is analyzed based on the common leg fabrication process.A best fabrication plan is made according to the feasible analysis from the perspective of technical requirement,operation efficiency,facility capacity and economy,finally a new huge diameter leg fabrication process is completed,and several fabrication key points are also proposed at last.The researched conclusion is kind of informative and worth referenced for actual fabrication process compiling and construction activity in similar project.
