摘  要:以小麦为实验材料,应用水培法,探究了铈对紫外线与镉复合胁迫下小麦幼苗生理指标的影响.实验结果表明:紫外线与镉复合胁迫下小麦幼苗中叶绿素合成减少,可溶性蛋白含量、MDA含量、游离脯氨酸含量增加,过氧化物酶活性增强,可溶性糖含量变化不明显.喷洒4mg/L氯化铈处理后,叶绿素含量、游离脯氨酸含量、可溶性蛋白含量、可溶性糖含量有不同程度地增加,MDA含量有所降低,过氧化物酶活性进一步增强.这说明铈能够缓解紫外线与镉复合胁迫对小麦幼苗的伤害,增强小麦抵抗能力,促进小麦幼苗的生长.Used wheat seedling as experimental material, effects of cerium on physiological indexes of wheat seedling un der compound stresses of ultraviolet radiation and cadmium were studied by hydroponics. The results showed that chloro phyll synthesis of wheat seedlings under compound stresses of ultraviolet radiation and cadmium was reduced, the contents of soluble protein, MDA, free proline and activity of POD were increased, however the content of soluble sugar was not changed obviously. SprayingCeCl3 (4 mg/L) on the leaves, thecontent of chlorophyll, prolinc, soluble protein, soluble sug ar were increased in different degrees, but the content of MDA was reduced, the activity of POD was more increased. The a bore showed that cerium could reduce the damage of compound stresses of ultraviolet radiation and cadmium on wheat seed ling, strengthen resistance ability and promote the growth of wheat seedlings.
