摘 要:为解决某些联合组织涤棉品种在双织织造时其织品免烫性较差,调整难度大,布面起皱、起拱等问题,通过对其进行单、双织织造对比试验,分析了部分涤棉联合组织单织、双织织品的免烫性能及其织造机理。结果表明,对于提花条较窄、平纹条较宽,提花条较宽、平纹条4根以内的品种,改为单织织造可满足免烫性要求;双织改单织后降低了生产成本,且不易出现布面起皱不匀的问题。In order to solve the problems of poor non-iron performance, large adjustment difficulty, polycstcr/cotton combined weave fabric during double weaving, the single and double weaving experiments were carried out. T'he noniron performance and weaving mechanism of single weaving and double weaving of polyester/cotton combined The results showed that for narrower jacquard strips, wider plain strips, wider jacquard strips and sing lcw caving could satisfy the non-iron requirements. The production cost was reduced by single weaving. Wrinkle unevenness problem for fabric.
