黔中地区烟草斜纹夜蛾发生规律及田间性诱效果

摘　　要：为准确掌握贵州黔中烟区烟草斜纹夜蛾的发生规律及应用昆虫性信息素防控烟草斜纹夜蛾,采用昆虫性诱电子测报系统,于2015年和2016年对安顺市平坝天龙镇烟区进行斜纹夜蛾发生数量的动态监测;采用自制的斜纹夜蛾性信息素诱捕器,于2016年在紫云县白石岩镇烟田及平坝区天龙镇烟田进行诱捕效果研究。结果表明:贵州省黔中地区斜纹夜蛾全年发生5代,4月下旬至5月中旬为第1代,7月中下旬至8月中下旬为第2代(发生数量最高),8月中上旬至9月底为第3代,10月底为第4代,11月底为第5代,之后烟草斜纹夜蛾迁出或进入越冬状态。烟草斜纹夜蛾成虫发生高峰期白天几乎不活动,17:30-22:00为斜纹夜蛾第1个交配期,交配高峰期在22:00左右;1:00-5:00为斜纹夜蛾的第2个交配期,高峰期为2:30左右。斜纹夜蛾诱捕数量呈明显层带分布,诱捕数量外圈明显高于中圈,中圈明显高于内圈;试验地外围及风口位置的斜纹夜蛾诱捕数量比低洼地及内部平地高。The Spodoptera litura occurrence quantity in Tianlong Town, Pingba County, Anshun City was dynamically monitored by an insect sex pheromone electronic measurement and forecast system in 2015 and 2016 and the trapped effect of S. litura was studied by the home made S. litura sex pheromone traps in Baishiyan Town, Ziyun County and Tianlong Town, Pingba County in 2016 to accurately grasp the occurrence regularity of S. litura and apply insect sex pheromone for controlling Spodoptera litura in Central Guizhou tobacco-growing region. There are five generations of S. litura in a year in Central Guizhou region. The first, second, third fourth and fifth generations of S. litura occurs from the late tenday period of April to the middle ten-day period of May, from the middle-to-late ten-day period of July to the middle-to-late ten-day period of August, from the first-to-middle ten-day period of August to the end of September, in the end of October and in the end of November respectively. Spodoptera litura emigrates or enters into the overwintering stage in December. S. litura is inaction almost in the daytime during the peak occurrence period of S. litura adults. The first mating time of S. litura is at 17：30 22：00 and its peak mating time is about 22：00. The second mating time of S. litura is at 1：00-5：00 and its peak mating time is about 2： 30. The trapped S. litura quantity presents an obvious layer-belt distribution. The trapped S. litura quantity of three circles is outer circle 〉 central circle 〉 inner circle significantly. The trapped S. litura quantity around the periphery of testing field and at the draught position is higher than in bottom land and inner flat ground.
