摘  要:为培育出优质长柱十大功劳容器苗应用于生产,以2年生长柱十大功劳容器苗为研究对象,采用L_9(3~4)正交设计设置氮(N)、磷(P_2O_5)、钾(K_2O)3因素3水平的施肥试验,研究其对长柱十大功劳容器苗生长及生理特性的影响。结果表明:不同氮、磷、钾配比施肥长柱十大功劳容器苗的生长及生理指标均较对照显著提高,其中,氮肥效果最为显著,磷/钾肥对不同的指标均有不同程度的促进作用;长柱十大功劳容器苗的生长、生理指标与N/P_2O_5/K_2O肥施用量之间存在二次函数关系;2年生长柱十大功劳容器苗N/P_2O_5/K_2O肥的合理施用量分别为2.37~2.85g/株、1.38~1.76g/株和1.19~1.48g/株。The growth and physiological properties of Mahonia duclouxiana container-grown saplings with two years old were studied by using L9 (3 4)orthogonal design under different N,P and K combination application to breed M. duclouxiana container-grown saplings for its production application. Result: the growth and physiological properties of M. duclouxiana container grown saplings under different NPK ratio are significantly higher than CK. The nitrogen has the significant effect on growth and physiological properties of M. duclouxiana container grown saplings and phosphorus/potassium has a more or less promotion effect on different indexes. There is a quadratic function relationship between growth and physiological index of M. duclouxiana container grown saplings and N/P2 O5/K2 O application amount The rational application amount of N, P2O5 and K2O for M. duclouxiana container-grown saplings is 2. 37-- 2.85 g/sapling, 1.38-- 1.76 g/sapling and 1.19-- 1.48 g/sapling respectively.
