摘　　要：鱼漂喷涂划线机是鱼漂制造工艺中喷涂划线环节的关键设备,在大中型号鱼漂的制造中广泛使用。本文以提高生产效率和划线质量为目的,开发了多工位全自动鱼漂划线机,通过结构创新实现坯体上料、漂身喷涂划线、漂尾上色和成品卸料等流程的全自动工序转换和喷涂划线程控操作,过程无需人工值守。应用结果表明,该设备结构设计巧妙可靠,生产过程无污染和颜料浪费,喷涂精确度满足工艺要求。The fish float spray marking machine is the key equipment for spraying and marking in the fish float manufacturing process, and is widely used in the manufacture of large and medium-sized fish floats. In this article, the multi-station automatic fish float marking machine which is developed for the purpose of improving production efficiency and marking quality. Through the structural innovation to realize the processes of blank feeding, drifting spraying, tail coloring and finished product discharging, etc which is fully automatic process conversion and spray marking control operations, the process does not require manual guard. The engineering application results show that the structure design of the equipment is ingenious and reliable, the production process is free of pollution and pigment waste, and the spray precision meets the process requirements.
