乳房硬结、乳汁淤积以及乳房胀痛产妇应用电动吸乳联合通草猪蹄汤治疗的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨乳房硬结、乳汁淤积以及乳房胀痛产妇应用电动吸乳联合通草猪蹄汤治疗的效果。方法选取2016年1—12月我院行剖宫产术乳房硬结、乳汁淤积以及乳房胀痛产妇100例为研究对象,随机等分为对照组和观察组。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予电动吸乳及通草猪蹄汤喝,连续3 d。比较两组产妇术后泌乳、母乳喂养及术后恢复情况。结果观察组泌乳始动时间短于对照组,观察组产后72 h乳房胀痛改善程度及产后72 h母乳喂养率高于对照组,观察组自主排尿率高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论产后电动吸乳联合通草猪蹄汤能促进剖宫产后乳房硬结、乳汁淤积以及乳房胀痛产妇泌乳,促进母乳喂养及产妇术后自主排尿,降低产后乳房胀痛程度,促进产妇产后恢复。Objective To discuss the effect of treating mammary induration, milk deposition, and swollen breast pain of parturient by electric breast suction combined with ricepaperplant pith and pig trotter soup.Methods To compared the status of postpartum lactation, breastfeeding and postoperative recovery, 100 cases of cesarean section parturient with mammary induration, milk deposition, and swollen breast pain treated in our hospital from January to December 2016 were observed, and randomly divided into control group and study group with equal members. The control group adopted the routine care, while the study group adopted the electric breast suction combined with ricepaperplant pith and pig trotter soup for three days on this basis.Results The starting time of lactation in the study group was shorter than that in the control group. Swollen breast pain improvement and breastfeeding rate at 72 h after delivery in the study group were higher than that in the control group. The spontaneous urinary rate of the study group was higher than the control group. The differences between the two groups were all statistically significant（ P 〈0.05）.Conclusion The application of electric breast suction combined with ricepaperplant pith and pig trotter soup in the treatment of mammary induration, milk deposition, swollen breast pain, postpartum lactation of cesarean section could improve breastfeeding and postoperative spontaneous urinary, and reduce the breast swollenness and pain after surgery, thereby to promote the postoperative recovery of the parturient.
