基于微信平台的延续性护理对极低出生体重早产儿体格发育、母亲心理状态和护理满意度的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨基于微信平台的延续性护理对极低出生体重早产儿体格发育、母亲心理状态和护理满意度的影响。方法选取2015年9月至2016年8月我院收治的86例极低出生体重早产儿作为研究对象,随机将其等分为对照组与观察组,对照组给予常规护理措施,观察组在此基础上给予基于微信平台的延续性护理,比较两组患儿体格发育、神经发育、母亲心理状态、护理满意度。结果观察组患儿体重、身长、头长各项指标均显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);观察组患儿智力发展指数(MDI)、运动发展指数(PDI)评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);观察组患儿母亲心理状态各项评分均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);观察组患儿母亲对护理的满意度显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论在极低出生体重早产儿延续性护理中给予基于微信平台的延续性护理可明显改善患儿的体格发育以及神经发育状况,患儿母亲的心理状态也明显好转,可提高其对护理工作的满意度,值得临床推广应用。Objective To analyze the influences of continuous nursing based on WeChat platform on the physical development of very low birth weight premature infants, mother＇s psychological state and nursing satisfaction.Methods 86 cases of very low birth weight premature infants who treated in our hospital from September 2015 to August 2016 were divided into the control group and the observation group by random alphabet method, the control group were implemented routine nursing measures, and the observation group were implemented the continuous nursing based on WeChat platform, the physical development of the two groups, the development of nerve, the psychological state of the mother and the satisfaction of nursing were compared.Results The weight, length and head length of the children in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant （ P 〈0.05）; the scores of mental development index （MDI） and physical development index （PDI） of the children in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group and the differences were statistically significant （ P 〈0.05）; the mental state scores of the mothers in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group and the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈0.05）; the satisfaction of the mothers in the observation group was 97.67%, which was significantly higher than that in the control group （81.40%）, and the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈0.05）.Conclusion The application of WeChat platform in the continuous nursing of very low birth weight premature infants can significantly improve the physical development and neurodevelopment status of the children, the psychological state of the child＇s mother can also get obviously improved, and the satisfaction of the nursing work is improved, it has the great significance of extensive popularization and application.
