专科护理巡查在提高便携式血糖仪检测管理中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨专科护理巡查在提高护士对便携式血糖仪检测管理规范中的应用效果。方法 2014年7月开始通过对全院护士进行血糖仪检测管理培训及按规范要求实施,每季度开展由糖尿病专科护士主导的专科护理巡查进行效果评价并对存在问题持续质量改进。对便携式血糖仪检测管理知识掌握率、血糖检测操作规范率、血糖仪室内质控规范率进行比较。结果随着专科护理巡查的深入开展,护士对便携式血糖仪检测管理知识掌握率、血糖检测操作规范率、血糖仪室内质控规范率均明显提高,与专科护理巡查前比较差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论专科护理巡查提高了护士对便携式血糖仪检测管理知识掌握率和血糖检测操作规范率,提高了血糖仪室内质控的规范率,保障了血糖检测结果的准确性。Objective To explore the value of application of specialist nursing inspection on the improvement of standard detection and management of portable blood glucose meter in nurses.Methods To compared the status of nurses’ master rate of the detection and management of the portable blood glucose meter, standard operational rate of the blood glucose meter, and indoor quality control rate of the blood glucose meter, the training of detection and management of blood glucose meter and standard operation were carried out in July 2014 for the all nurses. Each quarter, a special nursing inspection led by a diabetes specialist nurse is conducted to evaluate the effect and improve the quality of the problem.Results With the in-depth development of the specialist nursing inspection, the nurses’ master rate of the detection and management of the portable blood glucose meter, standard operational rate of the blood glucose meter, and indoor quality control rate of the blood glucose meter were greatly improved. The difference was statistically significant compared with that before the specialist nursing inspection（ P 〈0.05）.Conclusion The implementation of specialist nursing inspection could improve nurses’ master rate for the detection and management of the blood glucose meter and standard operation of the blood glucose test, which thereby promote the indoor quality control of the blood glucose meter and guarantee the accuracy of the blood glucose test result.
