腹部内生场热疗结合中药保留灌肠治疗盆腔炎的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨腹部内生场热疗结合中药保留灌肠治疗盆腔炎的临床疗效。方法选取我院2017年1—12月136例慢性盆腔炎患者为研究对象,随机等分为观察组与对照组,对照组给予中药保留灌肠治疗,观察组采用腹部内生场热疗结合中药保留灌肠治疗,均于经期结束后3 d开始治疗,每天1次,10 d为1疗程,共重复3个月经周期。检测患者血液流变学指标,比较两组盆腔包块直径与盆腔积液深度,评估中医证候疗效。结果观察组治疗3个月经周期后血沉、血浆黏度、红细胞压积显著低于对照组,盆腔包块直径、盆腔积液深度显著低于对照组(P <0. 05)。观察组治疗效果显著高于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论腹部内生场热疗技术可以显著改善局部微循环,促进炎症吸收,增强中药保留灌肠治疗盆腔炎的临床疗效。Objective To explore the clinical effect of abdominal endogenetic field hyperthermia with retention enema of traditional Chinese medicine on pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods To compared the diameter of the pelvic mass and the depth of the pelvic fluid by determination of hemorheology, 136 cases of patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease treated in our hospital from January to December 2017 were observed, and randomly divided into study group and control group with equal members. The control group adopted the retention enema of traditional Chinese medicine treatment, while the study group adopted the abdominal endogenetic field hyperthermia treatment combined with retention enema of traditional Chinese medicine, which the treatments were all started three days after their period finished with a course of 10 days, once daily in total of 3 menstrual cycles.Results The erythrocyte sedimentation rate, plasma viscosity and hematocrit value in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group after three menstrual cycles, and the diameter of pelvis mass and the depth of pelvic effusion were lower than the control group as well（ P 〈0.05）. The therapeutic effect of the study group was evidently higher than that of the control group（ P 〈0.05）.Conclusion The application of abdominal endogenetic field hyperthermia treatment could effectively improve local microcirculation, promote inflammation absorption, and enhance the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine retention enema in the treatment of pelvic inflammatory disease.
