摘　　要：利用SWOT分析法,阐述我国地热产业规模化发展所面临的优势、劣势、机遇和挑战。我国地热产业有资源、有市场、有技术,已具备规模化发展的基础。近期,随着一系列重大战略的不断推进以及扶持政策的落地实施,地热产业正迎来重要发展机遇。然而,地热产业的发展仍面临资源家底不清、管理体制机制尚未理顺、产业政策体系尚未建立、缺乏统一的技术规范和标准等诸多制约。未来要通过加大资源勘查力度、理顺管理体制机制、加大政策引导和资金扶持力度等一系列措施保障地热产业健康和可持续发展。Using the SWOT analysis method, this paper discusses the Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats faced by China＇s geothermal industry in scale development. China＇s geothermal industry has resources, market and technologies and that lays down a good foundation for large-scale development. Recently, with the continuous promotion of a series of major strategies and the implementation of supporting policies, the geothermal industry is facing signifcant development opportunities. However, the development of the geothermal industry still has many constraints such as unclear resource assets, undefned management system mechanisms, industrial policy system has not been established, lack of uniform technical specifcations and standards. In the future, we should ensure the healthy and sustainable development of the geothermal industry through a series of measures such as increasing the intensity of resource exploration, streamlining the management system, strengthening the policy support and improving the fnancial support.
