摘  要:一种660MW机组脱硝系统电加热器超温保护装置及系统,属于脱硝电加热器超温保护技术领域。通过在电加热器的两端分别插入三个温度元件,从脱硝系统电加热器敷设补偿导线到DCS控制单元,补偿导线连接温度元件,将温度信号直接引入DCS控制单元的TC卡件,实现与DCS控制单元的连接通讯。减少了信号传递过程中的故障点,采取DCS逻辑保护,避免因单个信号异常导致脱硝系统误退,大大提高了脱硝系统运行的可靠性。This paper introduces the overtheating protection device of a denitrification system electric heat- er in a 660MW assembling unit, which belongs to denitrification electric heater protection technical feld. With three temperature elements inserted at both ends of the electric heater and compensating wire con- nected between the DCS control unit and the electric heater, the temperature signal can be directly impor- ted to the TC card in the DCS control unit, which actualizes the communication between the electric heat- er and the DCS control unit. In this way, the fault points in signal transmission are reduced. The reliabil- ity of the denitrification system is improved by using DCS logic protection, tbr rejections from the system caused by single abnormal signal are avoided.
