摘　　要：文章剖析了高职教育与专业课程体系中存在的问题,以火电厂集控运行专业为例,提出打破"以学科为中心的学科教学"模式,按照职业岗位群的职业发展、职业能力要求来开发和整合课程内容,构建完全与职业岗位需求的课程体系。Taking the specialty centralized control operation in thermal power plant as an example, this paper analyzes the problems existing in higher vocational education and professional curriculum system. It proposes breaking the ＂subject-centered＂ teaching mode while developing and integrating curriculum con- tents, according to the career development and vocational ability requirements, as well as constructing a curriculum system completely related to the needs of professional posts.
