癌症综合支持服务对晚期癌症患者主要照顾者的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨癌症综合支持服务对晚期癌症患者主要照顾者的情绪、社会支持、临终关怀满意度的影响。方法按照随机数字表法将2016年1月~2017年1月住院的137名晚期癌症患者的主要照顾者分为对照组69例和干预组68例,对照组接受常规服务,干预组额外接受癌症综合支持服务,比较两组心境状态量表、医学社会支持量表和临终关怀家庭满意度问卷的得分情况。结果照顾者的平均年龄为(61.2±9.5)岁,其中女性101例(73.7%),汉族122例(89.1%),在婚114例(83.2%),在职104例(75.9%),文化程度初中及以下73例(53.3%),大多数照顾者是患者配偶87例(63.5%);干预后,两组照顾者的三个量表得分比较均有显著统计学差异(P<0.05);对照组干预前后的心境状态得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预组干预前后的三个量表得分比较均有显著统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论癌症综合支持服务有助于改善晚期癌症患者主要照顾者的情绪状态、社会支持和临终关怀满意度,可在临床推广应用和研究。Objective To explore the effect of integrated cancer support services on caregiver＇mood,social support and satisfaction of End-of-Life care.Methods 137 caregivers patients with advanced cancer hospitalized in our hospital from January1,2016 to January 1,2017 were divided into control group and intervention group,according to the random number table.The control group received routine services.The intervention group received additional Integrated Cancer Support Services.The scores of Profile of mood states（POMS）,medical social support scale（MOS-SS）and hospice-related family satisfaction questionnaire（FAMCARE）were observed.Results The average age of caregivers was（61.2±9.5）years old,female（73.7%）,Han nationality（89.1%）,married（83.2%）,under-working（75.9%）,junior middle school and below（53.3%）.Most caregivers were patient spouses（63.5%）.After the intervention,there were significant differences in POMS,MOS-SS and FAMCARE scores between the two groups（P〈0.05）.There were significant differences in POMS score of the control group before and after the intervention（P〈0.05）.There were significant differences in POMS,MOS-SS and FAMCARE scores of the intervention group before and after intervention（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Integrated Cancer Support Services can help improve the mood state,social support and satisfaction with End-of-Life care of caregivers of patients with advanced cancer,and are worthy of clinical promotion and further study.
