纬编三线衬垫织物四面高弹性的生产实践

摘　　要：为了改善传统纬编三线衬垫织物弹性的不足,在原料搭配与针织及染整工艺方面进行了改进。面纱采用棉涤段彩纱和全棉纱1∶2的配置,地纱为细度较大的氨纶丝。针织机的三角为特殊设计,对送纱及张力进行了优化。染整工艺重点是控制定型的温度、布速、时间、张力。开发的纬编三线衬垫织物具有较高的经纬向拉伸弹性回复率,布面呈竹节流星雨外观,布底毛圈整齐,提高了针织运动休闲面料的档次。In order to improve the elasticity of traditional weft-knitted three-yarn liners, the raw material collocation, knitting, dyeing and finishing technology were improved. The veil is made of cotton polyester yarn and cotton yarn at 1：2. The ground yarn is spandex yarn with high fineness. The knitting machine＇s triangle is a special design to optimize the yarn feeding and tension. Dyeing and finishing process is focused on the control of temperature, cloth speed, time and tension. The developed weft knitted three-yarn lining fabric has a high elastic recovery rate of warp and weft tensile tension. And the fabric surface has a bamboo section meteor shower appearance. And the cloth bottom wool circle is neat, which improves the grade of knitted sports and leisure fabric.
