摘  要:在使用母粒法生产涤纶有色单丝过程中,很多厂使用的是间歇式配料系统,即每次称取一定量的涤纶切片与设定比例量的配色母粒,通过桨式(立式或卧式)搅拌器将切片和配色母粒混合均匀后再流入螺杆挤压机进行纺丝。不同物料在这种桨式搅拌过程中,会因各配料的比重、粒度或静电等的不同产生分层现象,致使生产出的涤纶单丝颜色均匀性差,灰卡色差小于3. 5级。为了减小色差,设计了一种螺杆提升式搅拌混料装置,配合精度误差达到0. 3%的配料器一起使用,解决了桨式搅拌造成的各种配料分层现象,使进入螺杆挤压机的混合物料的均匀性大大提高,生产出的单丝颜色均匀性也大大提高,灰卡色差达到4. 5级(最高5. 0级)。In the process of spinning colored polyester monofilament by masterbatch method, many factories use batch-type blending system. With batch-type system, a certain amount of polyester pellets and propor- tional masterbatch are premixed by paddle type agitator (either vertical or horizontal) before being molten inside screw extruder and spinning into polyester thread. However, the density, grain size and eletrostatic properties of different ingredients are different, leading to layering of different ingredients. It results to color uneveness of polyamide monofilament and the color grade is less than 3.5. In this paper, a blending device using lifting screw is designed to reduce color unevenness. A batcher with precision error of 0.3% is also used to coordinate with the blending device. The blending device can effectively avoid layering of different ingredients and improve the uniformity of mixtures inside the screw extruder. As a result, the color evenness of polyester monofilament is improved, the color grade is 4. 5 (the maximum of color grade is 5) .
