摘 要:在26.5R25翻新工程机械轮胎胎面胶配方中添加炭黑和白炭黑,研究其对胎面胶的补强效果。结果表明:单一品种炭黑补强胎面胶时,炭黑N151用量为40份时补强效果较佳;炭黑N330与其他品种炭黑并用补强胎面胶时,炭黑N330用量为40份、其他品种炭黑用量为20份时补强效果较佳;炭黑N330与白炭黑并用补强胎面胶时,炭黑N330用量为40份、白炭黑用量为20份时补强效果较为理想,胎面胶的耐磨性能和抗崩花掉块性能均提高;炭黑补强胎面胶机理可应用分子链滑动理论解释,胎面胶中炭黑含量有最佳值,橡胶分子链与炭黑颗粒之间的有效融合吸附阻止了橡胶分子链发生形变和拉伸,从而对橡胶起到补强作用。Carbon black and silica were added as reinforcement agents in the tread formula of 26. 5 R25 off-the-road retreaded tire,and the reinforcing effects were investigated. The results showed that,when carbon black was used as a single reinforcer,the reinforcing effect of 40 phr carbon black N151 was better. When carbon black N330 was applied with other carbon black,better reinforcing effect was obtained when the loadings of carbon black N330 and other carbon black were 40 phr and 20 phr,respectively. When carbon black N330 was used with silica,the reinforcing effect was better when the loadings of carbon black N330 and silica were 40 phr and 20 phr,respectively,and the wear resistance and chipping-chunking resistance of the tread compound were improved. The mechanism of carbon black reinforcement could be explained by molecular chain sliding theory,in which the carbon black content in tread compound had the best value. The effective diffusion and adsorption between rubber molecular chain and carbon black particles restrained the deformation and stretching of the rubber molecular chains,consequently it could reinforce tread compound.
