乡村振兴中工商资本投资休闲农业路径与经营模式创新

摘　　要：发展休闲农业是乡村振兴的途径之一,而休闲农业的发展需要资本投入,工商资本投入是最佳选择,然而由于现有投资路径的局限性,使工商资本投资休闲农业效果不佳。城市居民消费者对休闲农业的需求意愿存在很大的差异性,应根据消费者的需求意愿创新工商资本投资休闲农业的路径和经营模式。工商资本投资休闲农业的"合组式"、"合股式"和"合约式"投资路径,以及创新的"农家乐+农户"、"科教农庄+农户"、"养生农园+农户"和"民俗旅游村+农户"经营模式,不仅可以满足城市居民消费者的差异性需求,还兼顾了工商资本投资者和农户的利益,有利于休闲农业的可持续发展。Developing the leisure agriculture is one of the ways to revitalize a rural areas. While the development of leisure agriculture requires capital investment. Industrial and commercial capital investment is the best choice. However, due to the limitations of the existing investment model, the industrial and commercial investment in leisure agriculture ineffective. There is a big difference between urban residents＇ demand for leisure agriculture. We should create new paths and business models of industrial and commercial capital investment in leisure agriculture based on the needs of consumers willing. The innovated path of ＂group model＂, ＂joint model＂ and ＂contract model＂, and the innovated business model of ＂agritainment ＋ farmers＂, ＂science and education farms ＋ farmers＂, ＂health farm ＋ farmers＂, ＂folk tourism village ＋ farmer＂ of industrial capital investment in leisure agriculture, not only can meet the different needs of urban residents, but also take the interests of industrial and commercial capital investors and farmers into account, is conducive to the sustainable development of leisure agriculture.
